My first song in a movie:  

“Pardon Me” in the indie feature “June”, by Fatkid Films.

 


My first on-camera job in a movie:

As myself in the IMAX film “Top Speed,” featuring Olympian Marion Jones.  I had to learn “Flight of the Bumblebee” and memorize it in 3 days.  On the day of filming, I must’ve played it 300 times...and I also learned how to “act” like a musician.  Here are some clips from the day...

 


My first network television interview/live performance:

Thanks to NBC in Las Vegas for being such a huge support to indie artists and having me on in support of my Borders tour.  Little did they know we had been on the road all night, because the car broke down just 2 hours out of LA...

 


My first awards show as the “artist”:

The GEVA Awards.  Never heard of them?  Me neither.  But they invited me to a nice theater, and I got to bring a band.  And I got this nice video...
